  Death of my spouse unexpected. Dealing with these people added to the pain. Maria E. appeared disorganized. I had to return numerous times. She was TOTALLY INSENSITIVE. She even insisted additional paperwork be signed at time of interment when such could have been done during a less difficult moment Quoted one price for "opening/closing" then increased it! TIME FOR CHANGING OF THE GUARD!!
